02 SS Tuning? i had a post on this before but the replies didnt really help me out...
in the programming whats really considered to be the way to go i mean theres handheld programmers and tuning shops with the ls1 edit and other ways too many to pick from need advice help me out.

mods so far so far CAI w/ CAI tuned MAS, Whisper Lid, smooth bellow, throttle body spacer, loud mouth system, pulleys, soon going to go for new TB and intake, headers & QTP ORY w/ cut outs. after that procharger maybe or something.
I would say once you get your intake/LT's on find someone local that can delete any codes then once you get your procharger or whatever next step you take then get a real tune...whether thats a dyno tune, track tune, street tune or what have you...unless you'd rather do the wrok yourself then think about a real tuning system whether hptuners or efilive.

see these new cars are well new for me im used to working on older cars the original hot rods old 67 68 69 Camaros and such. which are very different than the new ones.

The principles are indentical and havnt changed. The mechanics of fuel and spark delivery have of course.
Its just that its more easy and accurate to deliver the correct amount of fuel and spark now.
If you have your head around the principles you will have no problems getting to grips with the ECM.
