Has anyone has any success with mounting the WB O2 @ the tail pipe on a car without cats? We have tried the innovate tailpipe mount but that is worthless. Any ideas on how to make this work without adding an additional bung?

I think you need to get it a coupke of feet up in there.
That's going to be tough on a 'vette or a CME Camaro.
Probably make a little collar so it stays on-center (like
out of welding rod or something).
Another thing that might help, is putting an extension
"shroud" on the outside of the exhaust pipe (like some
aluminum dryer duct) to make it "in effect, up in there".
Just something to kill the reversion problem.
Why not just bite the bullet and put a bung & plug?
