Default Time to replace my LM1 WB sensor?

I switched my LM-1 calibration from 0V-5V=10-20 to 0V-5V=11-17 to try to get more resolution. The numbers tend to match between the LM-1 and HPT at idle, but it spurts to 20-30+AFR randomly, and that's not being reported in the histogram in the largest value display.

In my custom PID, I've got it set to linear, 0.833 (5V output ranged divided by AFR range of 6), +11 base.

I can't find the dox to force an open air calibration - does someone have the procedure?

I just bought a new LM1 and it doesn't like the analog outputs to be reprogrammed. It's factory set to 1.0v = 10af, 2.0v = 20af. When I change the output to 0v = 10af 5v = 20 af.....it starts changing the settings randomly on its own when you check the program settings....glitchy.

Use the Legacy LM Manager (found on download page on Innovate). I had the same problem with the LM Programmer in Logworks 2.0. The legacy version updates the LM-1 settings reliably.
