miss fire issues

miss fire issues i have a 01 Z28 with heads and cam and since i did the new head swap i have a miss fire issue with 4 & 5 and every now and then 7 & 8 will jump in but mainly 4 & 5. it happens at 2500 to 3000 rpm. when it starts to miss fire the ses light starts to flash. only codes are rear o2 sensor which i dont have and air pump dont have that either but no other codes. i have tried every thing i can think. any ideas will help. thanks

they were tuned out but now all of a sudden it is throwing the code again. i dont know what caused it. the car didn't have a battery in it for almost a year. don't know if that has any thing to do with it. and the charging gauge is always sits just below the red of over charge since it set.
