Lately, after sitting at a light and accelerating off idle to 1500rpms the car has been hesitating to accelerate. Once past that point it is ok and WOT is fine. Now all of a sudden my car is throwing PO103 code for Maf. So I was wondering if a possible bad Maf would have anything to do with this problem? What else could this be? Thanks.

Yes, I do have a custom 236/236 cam, but it didn't do this the first couple months, now it does. What did you tune out? Is it a bad MAF?( the po103 keeps coming on?)

Yeah, after my cam install, a week later the slp maf went bad. It was shooting black smoke and cuttung power at cruising and accelerating speeds, which in an m6: unexpected engine braking can startle you. I was told it was a hiccup and the codes were cleared. Same thing a couple days later so i replaced the maf with another slp maf to avoid another tune and everything is fine.
******* slp, i'm going to call their customer service and see if they will replace it so i can at least sell it, if not it's trash.
definitely your maf
