Default Running Rich? High LTFT and High 02 mV??

I have read the stickies and am still a little confused

My average LTFT are 7% bank 1 and 9% Bank 2 which indicates lean, but my 02 mv are way rich 850 - 940.

I was going to use the MAF table and multiply up by 110% to get negative LTFT's, but if my 02's say I'm rich will I just fould plugs and 0s's

Car runs OK, idles low and the mileage sucks since I installed he header and ORY, AIR and EGR also removed.

Also once at full throttle it went open loop and one at idle went open loop in my last data run.

Car it throwing no codes

If it matters I am using LS1Edit and Autotap

Maybe you need to swap out the O2's and plugs, it cant hurt especially if the ones you have are old anyway. Then try again and see where the trims are at.

Can't tune WOT with stock NBO2's. Get the cruise fuel trims (bellow 4,000 rpm) down to -2 to -4. Buy a wideband to check/adjust WOT and be done with it.

Sounds like exhaust leaks near the heads. Get rid of those and start using a wideband.

I drove car for about 50 miles and averaged my LTFT's in MAF and SD modes

I corrected the VE table per many a wise person on this forum..today my LTFT's were very near 0 and slightly negative...what a difference.

I hope it stays and I can begin tuning WOT...I will drive it like this for a week and re-check my LTFT's

I don't know why it worked, but I guess ignorance is bliss.

In my little tuning experience, I noticed that after making changes it takes abotu 150 miles for the LTFT's to set in. They usually get more negative as times goes before they set in. Glad you got it working good now.
