Upgraded OS now getting a misfire code

From what EFI told me it should keep the CASE data.. How do I do a re-learn if that is the case?

. Anyway, I bumped my base spark in the idle cells +6, which smoothed out my idle a bit, and raised my idle to 850rpms, and all is well. I didn't have touch my misfire cells, although I was going to go there if the previous stuff didn't work. You could also check to see if they were off in your old OS and turn them off in the new...One other thing about CASE relearn. When I upgraded I got the P1336 Crankshaft Position System Variation Not Learned code. So I did a CASE relearn and all is well. You can do it in the scanner and it takes about 3 minutes to set up, most of it reading, and 10 seconds to do.
