Looking for the injector offset tables for a set of 60# Motron injectors. Mainly between 12-18 volts. Anyone got the info?

Thanks

I'll see about exporting one or both into a .bin. It'll be a few days due to my work schedule, but I'll see what I can do

Actually, I found the one that I'd originally had as a .bin. It won't let me attach it to the post (too big), PM me your email

Man where was this when I tried the 60s in my ride? I tried 100s of different values and nothing really worked like I wanted it to.

Ended up having to remove the 60s until I get ready to put the twin turbos in.

Thanks for the file. I think it helped a bit, although I made a few changes to the tune and the car at the same time that seems to have fixed some issues!

Dark,

Where is it??

I just got off the phone with the Bosch rep for North American. Tried to push him to call the engineers at Bosch and at least get some more info on there injectors. Why is this such a secret??

If you have a lab scope you can utilize a low amp probe and see where the
injectors reaches the full open point- measure the time to come fully open
(injector offset) Install the New Injectors and remeasure the difference- in
percentage can be changed then in your HP or LS1 edit software! The
time to reach fully open depends on the windings, permeable core, weight of pintle, ball or disk and voltage supply. I will be back in the shop next week
I have a customer with a GTO 5.7L with 60 lbs. I cannot remember the
percentage that we increased the offset I will look at the file when I get
back to the shop next tuesday I want to say 12% increase or 112 with
LS1 edit
