Can you post up a log and your bin file for us to look at? Bank 1 and 2 being that far off is likely to be an exhaust leak. You also should take a look at your O2 voltages for B1 and B2 to make sure they are both healthy. If one side is going bad, it will throw off your trims as well. Try swapping the O2 sensors to see if the fuel trims follow them from side to side.

Could it also be that my LTFTs weren't learned yet? I had only put 50 miles on the car since the last change.

I'll try switching 02 sensors to see what that does.

Thank you for your help. It's a bad o2 sensor.

I switched them. (and cleaned them with residue free electronics cleaner). I noticed bank 1 wasn't "switching" from really low to really high voltages, it was staying around a voltage and going up and down slower.

So, I played back a log from two days ago, bank 2 wasn't switching.

Time for new sensors I guess. Bosch? Corvette rear sensors?

You can try stock replacements with O2 extensions or the vette rear (Bosch #13111). I reused my stock O2s when I installed headers in my car last fall. They lasted about 6 months before they went out. I used the vette rear sensors for a month after that until I ditched them altogether for an open loop tune.
