I'm not meaning to point out the obvious, but there's a fuel adder somewhere thats coming into play. Do some looking around and see if there's a fuel adder that is based on IAT, that would be the first one to come to my mind.

The scanner is showing that commanded A/F is 12.60 and thats what we use for the WB calc.
I figured it out with help from Chris over @ HPT. Speed density tunes are going to be a piece of cake just like the LS1s. I understand why everyone used to use spreadsheets.

Look for Engine coolant fueling correction, or something to that effect.
PE has a coolant correction as well.
Even if you can't find the table that is doing it, the simple solution is to just reduce your VE number until you see the AF you want.

It's pretty straight forward, at least they just use divisors of 1/10 for the most part and nothing crazy. Some of the LS2 cals just divide by 1.
