Default How low should O2 sensors go?

Since I installed the Pacesetter longtubes a couple of months ago, I noticed that my O2 readings really jump back and forth. I'll see them go down to 15 or 25 and jump back up to 850+. I thought that they shouldn't go too far below 50. I've got new AC Delco O2's for the front and sims for the rear on my 96 SS. Just curious if they might be going too low but I'm swapping out injectors next week anyway.
