Default Problems changing to PE

I have a 06 Silverado.I have been learning how to tune now for a little over a month.I have a problem with my truck not wanting to go into PE.I can do some 0-100mph blast and it will only go into PE after it changes to second gear,it seems to be in Stoich all through 1st gear.What do I need to do? I have changed the delay rpm to 1000,The map to 90,the hyst to 2-all this still does not make it change.I might have changed something before by mistake??? I also read in a post on HPtuners forum that there was a problem with the new 06s going into PE?Please help?

mine reads....
MAP = 0
Hyst = 0
delay rpm = 0
enable torque = 0%
dis torque = 15%
enrich rate = 4.000

These settings basically make it jump into pe whenever it reaches the required TPS.

Seems there was an update to fix the problem.Just got the update will tune and log tommorrow night and see if ti fixes it.

what update was this, are you logging with a wideband to verify this?

The update was ver 2.1.8.I was looking at my logs and the o2's are changing back and forth until it goes into PE.

Another thing to log is your Commanded AFR. This will tell you what the PCM is trying to shoot for. If its not showing your PE AFR, then your not in PE.

PE mode delay RPM wants to be set low, enrichment
rate to 1.000; enable TPS to something mid-scale
and PE enable MAP to something above idle MAP
observed. Seen a post recently about some sort of
%-torque which I guess is a drive by wire deal, I
have not seen this on my vehicle. You have to jump
all these hurdless to get PE and you'd prefer they be
easier to clear.
