They have received great reviews from people on this site. For basic tunes, you really can't beat it. I mean $178 I think it was for a tune using efilive and including the pcm on a 99+ model. You get free upgrades minus the shipping to send it back. I was impressed. It's about $290 for the 98s. PCM cost more. I have thought about it numerous times.

A wideband is imperative to ensure that the car is runing at the correct air fuel mixture. You are better off IMO and others as well that using a wideband on the street is better for the most part then taking the car to a dyno.
