if it's a binary file (raw .bin file, read w/HP Tuners 1.7 or earlier) then EFI can read it (as can tunercat)
If it's an HPT file (encrypted) then Only HPT can read it
Tun files (encrypted) can only be read by EFI
.ls1 files (encrypted) can only be read w/LS1 Edit
However, once the file's in the PCM any of them can read it (assuming it's not a custom OS)
