Not as far as the hardware is concerned. You will need to do a re-write entire using a manual cal. Don't try the cal only write with from a different operating system or you will be back to square one again

I got it working. I licensed the new PCM, switched the VIN and did a write entire for my 2 BAR SD. It is working like a champ! In the process of swapping the PCM's I found that I have had a small vacuum leak from one of the little tube vacuum lines that connect back in that area. I believe that the vacuum line had somehting to do with the AC controls as the fan was directing all of the air to the feet and defogger vents no matter what position the AC selector was in. I will check it out tomorrow.

Yup, the little vacuum hose is your climate control line.
