Not sure if this is the correct forum for this question, but the 20A Eng Sen fuse under the hood keeps blowing in my car after about 10mi.
Anyone ever had this happen before???

Just replaced both O2's after the problem. Still blowing the fuse. The only wires that could be in contact are the starter/oil level sensor wires that come down the fender wall around the headers... I have SLP's so it is tight.
But this problem started as soon as I fired the motor after install??? The wires were fine during assembly.

does it blow as soon as you apply power?
It's likely the O2 harness is hitting a header as mentioned... replacing the O2s doesn't matter if there's an exposed wire... trace the wires and see if there's anywhere where there is an exposed wire (melted through)
However, if it blows immediately after turning the car on... then it's likely a dead short... a wire is probably pinched somewhere ... only thing to do is trace the wires and find where it's fugged

I don't believe so, it just put my car into limp mode. Still ran and drove alright - just surged at idle and was way down on power. It ended up being a melted wire way in back - all fixed.

when mine was doing that i got a repair manual w/ wiring charts and traced everything linked to that fuse and found it to be bad wires going into the MAF sensor. fixed them and the problem went away. might be a place to look
