alot of people like LS1 Edit or HP Tuners seems to be the best.

efi live is good for major modded engines, but its pricey. if uve got a mildy modded engine just get a hypertech it will do what u need to be done

also this question is beaten to death so badly that i'm tempted to lock it right now. but horist or txhorns281 can deal with this as they please.....
