Help can't figure out where wire goes

Help can't figure out where wire goes I was pulling the driver side wiring harness out that houses the driver
side 02 connector so I could get some slack to hook them to the sensors
on my headers. When pulling wire harness up to the top of the motor, there
was a lone red wire that looks as if it is burned and I can NOT find where
that bastard goes.
Any help would be appreciated
