Knock Retard i am getting some knock retard, about 11.6 when i am in park running the car up to about 4,000rpms. Is this alot? What table do i adjust to get 0 knock retard?

I am getting all this knock retard in park revving it a little. I hate to see what it gets going down the track. I also noted that in park at idle the spark is jumping around 5-10 deg.
