difference between dyno tune and computer tune

difference between dyno tune and computer tune I had a mail in tune on my 02 super sport, and I feel like there can be a lot more horsepower unlocked in this car. Is getting the car dyno tuned by a specialist the best way to go? I have many mods, but I'm not the most knowledgable when it comes to these things, still learning more day by day. Thanks for any help. And if you need a list of the mods just let me know.
The best way to tune a car is in the same setting that it's expected to perform in.
If it's for running on the street or track, then that's the best place to get it tuned.
The dyno doesn't always do such a good job of simulating road or track use, and things like cold-start can't be simulated at all.
If you want the best numbers on the dyno sheet then you get a dyno-tune.
