You don't have to actually log the AFRs, just view them using the program included with your LC1. Doing this bypasses the digital to analog convertor chips and the problems that come along with them.

Can anyone explain why my lc-1 reads 11.2-11.3 at idle, then while cruising around AFR goes everywhere and finally at WOT it pegs the meter at 10.1-10.2 all the time. Modifying your car doesn't always have a happy ending!!HAHA

Tried that. Logworks wouldn't connect.

Try cycling power, prior to connecting with Logworks.

I installed mine just recently and its really not that bad. The instructions are very vague so if your not sure about the hookup just call Innovate. They were very good about answering my questions.

Your LSU4 sensor is bad. Hairline crack on the ceramic pump cell. Go to Autozone Bosch 17014 or for the pimple faced individual behind the counter...2001 VW Golf, pre cat sensor. Trust me, been there done that, got the holy underware and now have multiple back up sensors.

DONT GO TO AUTOZONE!!!!!!!! they want 196.00 for that sensor, its cheaper to get it directly from Innovative for 100.00 or contact Dean at dynotune

Auto Zone Sells The Sensors For $25...

The Reason I Know This Is My Unit Keeps Burning Up Sensors.. They Work For A Few Weeks Then Stop Working Slowly...anybody Have Any Ideas Why They **** Out So Quickly.. It Seems Like They Are Getting Clogged Up Or Over Heating As They Usally Start To **** Up After A Wot Run At First And Then Just Go Completly Dead

your lucky then , round here autozone is outrageous on special order stuff

they will go dead quickly with ANY moisture at all make sure its mounted up at a 10* atleast. also if the car isnt drivien often and condensation forms in the exhaust. also i think the heater ground is extremly important and may not always work as good as it should

I just recieved mine on friday put it in and have never gotten a signal from the anolog output it reads the same voltage all the time. Called up innovative and they said send it in. Hope there turnaround time isn't too long. In the meanwhile I think I'm going to go with another setup and then if I ever get a good lc1 I may install it just for monitoring while everyday driving

Another Very frustrated LC1 owner. I've had nothing but problems with mine, I've called tech support, went on there forums, etc. etc. everything i tried, it never works for more than 1 day at a time.

As far as I am concerned, the LC1 is a POS and I will NEVER buy another innovate product.

In my opinion The LC-1 is a big POS. I bought one hooked it up and it would not work. Spent numerous hours running all the tests to have them tell me it is bad. I then figured no big deal I will just return the one I had and buy another. After hooking up the second one it does the same thing as the first one! I understand a bad batch but that was months ago! They can't still be floating around out there. I would be ashamed if a product I sold failed 40% of the time! I will never buy a Innovative product again.

My LC1 has been nothing but a pain in the ***. It took me two units over two months to get the thing working right. Then it was fine for 6 months or so.....now this past weekend the dynotune gauge all of the sudden started reading 2 full afr points leaner than what the the lc1 is seeing in logworks.

Quick Reply: how many are using a lc-1 and how many lc-1's are broke?
