Efilive Help
Efilive Help So i got my car back today and i tryed my efilive out and i can't connect. I plug everything up, turn the car to the on position and try to "connect" and it gives me a error code ERR_NOCABLE/31 No Interface cable found. I reconnect everything and it gives me the same message. the usb port works because when i installed the software it saw the cable so i could install the flashscan drivers. and the obd and usb lights flash on the cable when i hook it up to the car. and i had my buddy hook up one of their scaners at work to see if my obdII plug on my car was good and it worked. Any help is appreciated

Double check the other end of the usb cord where it connects to Flashscan. Also, turn up your speakers when you plug the USB cord in. Most XP computers make a little sound when they recognize an external device.
