to tune or not?
I just swapped my stock cam for a 224/224 .581/.581 114.
The first day I ran it it seemed sluggish. But after that she runs great...
I guess my question is how much would i benefit from a dyno tune?
And is it worth the 475$
mods include:
eldlebrock block huggers
flowmaster cat back
160 stat
ls6 timing chain
ls6 oil pump
slp lid
harland sharp rollers 1.7
hardened push rods comp
prc dual springs

i would say around 15-20 hp, but i dont do it for a living. i would reccommend it for the cam reason.who are you thinking about letting do it? dont trust just anyone. try to get someone to drive it and not just dyno it.

Extra ponies are nice. Running lean on WOT....not so nice. You're AFR will probably be high 13's low 14's without a tune. So, I wouldn't run WOT until you at least check it with a wideband.
