Default O2 sensors not working.

I just installed a new 402 motor. I am runnin lg motorsport headers with brand new bosch 02 sensors. Part number 13111. I am getting bank 1 at 900 MV and bank 2 is at 40 MV. O2 voltage only changes when the car is given gas. This is in a 01 zo6.

Thanks.

A ton better now. I just couldnt figure out why on hp tuners my o2 voltage was weird. One was sky high why the other was flatlined on the bottom... One bank was dumping a ton of fuel while the other was runnin lean... Time to get a final tune on her to put some miles on her...
