Air/Fuel madness.... maybe a stupid question?
i just installed an air/fuel gauge on my car today... im wondering if my 01 sensor may be bad?
the gauge is jumping from very lean to the middle while idling, im wondering if something is wrong? or if its supposed to do this?
here is a video of what its doing... its not the best quality... lol
let me know what yall think?
thanks, trey

he is right. what you have is called a narrowband. it simply tells you the voltage (WHICH VARIES A LOT) on the oxygen sensor. what you can do, is take the wideband, when you buy it, and connect it to the gauge you have there.

whatever tuning software you decide on , whether it be HPTuners or EFI Live; I can help you in the beginning if you like. I know most of the beginners stuff and then a little. I don't know what to do for a helacious cam yet, nor what to change with other things like that. you can just shoot me a PM if you need help. add me to your buddy list here on tech and then you don't have the look around to find me
