Code P1518 and P0108, car idles at 3-4k rpms when moving!!!

Code P1518 and P0108, car idles at 3-4k rpms when moving!!! I have been chasing this problem with EFILive in the cracker/follower tables even in DFCO tables and yesterday the car threw these codes.
P1518 "Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Serial Data Circuit"
P0108 "Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit High"
The problem is that the car revs it self as soon as it starts moving to the point that maintains a steady 80mph on the highway in 6th with no throttle input!!!
And sometimes its just not there, just idles like a charm with no jerking or bucking but out of the blue it comes back again with no apparent reason.
What could be that its making this?
