Default Hypertech question

I have a 98 formula and I have the hypertech programmer and i want to know why cant i change the octane to 93, It says RFG what is RFG(REFORMULATED GAS. WHAT IS RFG TUNING AND NON RFG TUNING. WHAT TO PUT IT ON MY CAR

Depending on where you live.....you may or may not have RFG.

I think that the program is set to whatever the vehicle is set to run on. In your case.....premium. Whether it be 92 or 93 octane....there isn't a whole lot of difference in performance.
