Default Major Mods, have HPtuners 2.1.0 vcm suite, need help

I'm a very oldschool tuner (you know carb), so trying to tune my 2000 Z is like learning a new language!

So here is a list of Mods:

Patriot Performance Head and cam package:

LS6 CNC ported stage II heads
59cc
intake runner: 225cc
exhaust runner: 83cc
intake valve: 2.020in.
exhaust valve: 1.570in.
valve seat: 5 angle grind

Valve train:
valve springs .650 patriot gold
rocker: full roller, shaft mounted, 1.7:1 harland sharp rockers
pushrod: Cran cams chromemoly 7.400

Timing set:
Slp adjustable dubble roller billet gear set

Cam:
Patriot grind
Duration @ .50 intake 226 exhaust 226
gross lift intake .585 exhaust .585
lobe separation angle: 112

oil pump:
SLP heavy-duty

Intake:
ls6 with out EGR

Throttle body:
BBK LS1 80mm

MAFS:
SLP 80mm

air intake:
K&N fuel injection performance kit

Exhaust:
hooker super comp. long tube
hooker off road y-pipe
cats- MIA
flowmaster: thunder cat III cat-back

Ignition:
MSD blaster coil packs
MSD 8.5mm wires
NGK TR6 plugs

Fuel:
Bosch #30 injectors
speed inc. high-flow fuel rails
Aeromotive A1000 adj. regulator 30-70 psi
Granatelli in-tank fuel pump 225 lph

Other:
125 dry shot
RPM window switch
purge valve

I believe that is all. I need to know which tables to change. Car will not run, dumps fuel but dosn't fire in the right time. I have degree the cam and it is dead on, so I left the timing set a 0.

Any help at all Will be great!
I downloaded some Bin files but no one has a cam like i do.

There's a lot you need to change. It'd probably take a half hour or more to type up instructions for you. Your best bet is to read the tutorials on idle tuning, injector tuning and VE tuning. A few helpful abreviations....

LTFT/STFT - Long Term Fuel Trims/Short Term Fuel Trims
VE - Volumetric Efficiency
SD - Speed Density (motor runs without reading MAF)
OL - Open Loop (motor runs like a carb'd setup - ignores O2 feedback)
HO2S - Heated Oxygen Sensor (can measure ~14.7 air-fuel ratios)
WBO2 - Wideband Oxygen Sensor (can measure 7~22 air-fuel ratios)
KR - Knock Retard (timing pulled based on feedback from knock sensors)
IPW/IFR - Injector Pulsewidth/Injector Flow Rate

That should cover most of the abreviations you'll come across in the tutorials. Good luck and happy reading!

Also, if you're running vcm suite 2.1.0 make sure you update. There have been a lot of improvements since that build of software.
