Question Misfire - Cylinder 2

I have a 96 Pontiac Grand Am SE (4 Cylinder).

My car failed emissions about 1 year ago and the reason was a MisFire in Cylinder 2. The Check engine went out, took it back and then it passed the emissions testing.

I let it go, but noticed that now the car is running fairly rough. I did a general tune up (Plugs, Air Filter, Wires, and Oil). That did not help, and knowing that Cylinder 2 was misfiring, I tried to replace the Coil packs (or ignition coils) as well hoping that would be a quick fix. This did not help.

I now purchased a Code reader and here are the codes its reading

P0302 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
P0342 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Low Input

By working with codes in the past, I know they can be somewhat misleading. Thats why I am hoping someone can help diagnose this problem before I start replacing sensors

The most obvious symptoms are

Hard to start
Misfires when idling only (don’t notice during normal driving)
Does not get better when warm
I normally use just Regular gas, but even when using premium it does not get much better. I have also used Fuel Injector cleaner several times.

If you have any ideas on what I might try first, please let me know.

Thank you!
