Default Need help with DFI7 initial start up info or .ecm file

Hey,

Does anyone have a .ecm file for my DFI 7 to get my LS1 started?

I have a 99 LS1 w/T56 instaled in my car with DFI7 and afther loads of visits from Myrpys law I realy just want to get the engine fired up to get the inspiration for the project going aigain.

The engine is a rebuild 99 LS1 with Mahle pistones, Z06 intake, Z06 oil pump, Z06 PCV system, double roller timing chain, TR224 cam kit w/double valve springs, custom exhaust manifolds and no MAF.

The car will be used fore road raced so it will be tuned on a rolling road but I need help to get it fired up and running.

The reason for the question is I live in Norway so no EMIC/Accel dealer around to help out with the tune up.

Any help will be very very helpfull.

Default df1 gen 7

Erik i have files but they are for my 408. to get going all you should need to do is go into initial set up and input your basic set-up information. After you have your initial set up in the ecm make sure you set your tps switch, when i did mine the voltage reeding was going from high to low instead of low to high, wires were crossed in the dfi harness. your motor should start and you can start your tunning after that.

Hmmm that sounds easy.

But I was told I need loads of info to put in?

Like: head cc, valve size, injector size, runner length, bore, stroke, etc etc

What more info do I need to put in?

So if you could help me out with the rest of the info and maby some numbers to it will make me very very happy.

And afther tons of computer problems I finaly connected to the ECM.
And after eaven more computer/ECM problems connecting to it.
The wizard for making a base map will not work so after making the tables myself it finaly became alive.

With nice firm thumping sound from the exhaust the LS1 started.
No leaks, no electrical problems and no other big problems it`s so good to hear the sound of the engine after 3 winters of work on the car rebuilding everything.

So if anyone has a better base map for my setup I will still be very happy.
