Default Running rich at idle

So i have the idle bouncing thing figured out. I did a little playing with the desired airflow table (efi live) The car runs rich at idle. I dont have the wideband hooked up yet, but its got to be up there. Kinda burns the eyes and nose if im sitting at a light for too long. Can i check this and fix this without my wideband? Or do i just need to quit being lazy and hook it up?

Stock O2's will tell you about idle with your fuel trims. But, you have to be running in closed loop.

Check the sensors. See if switching the front sensors with the old back sensors helps (since you don't have cats anymore). Vettes are known for lazy O2's with certain headers though. You might be able to get it close, but not exactly perfect.

You don't have CATS, get use to the smell even if your VE table and MAF is tuned perfect....

I just put on lt's/y/no cats..and 13111 bosch vette sensors..are you saying they might be 'lazy' . ...and contributing to poor idle?? I am waiting for my VINCI tuner..should be here 1 week...

Don't even get me started on the Bosch POS sensors....they're sooooo junk from what I've seen lately.

talked to a couple members here and the concensus is they are good........ they have a wider heat range..used in the more upscale vette...
