How come I can only log 31 parameters with an Autotap w/Enhanced GM parameters?

How come I can only log 31 parameters with an Autotap w/Enhanced GM parameters? I recently bought the Autotap USB with the enhanced GM parameters from Thunder Racing. I used it and found out that all I can log are 31 parameters. The other 130 parameters have the ~ in front of them so that I can't log those parameters. What gives? Did I get the wrong registration number? Or is 31 the most that I can get with the enhanced GM parameters? Thanks in advance for the info.
