Default Timing/ Boost table??? HPtuners??

using 2 bar SD HP Tuners.

Ok, my timing table only reads Cyl air mass up to 1.20 so when I log timing w/ 5psi of boost it reads in the same spot where I log 15psi. WTF??

How can I safely tune my car to run on 15psi and also run on 5psi? Wouldnt you think the 2 bar upgrade would make the timing table read higher also?

What is everyone doing? Or am I overlooking something?

...And now its raining out

heres what is said;

"at this time the answer is no. As a workaround you could modify the injector flow rates and VE table to give lower g/cyl values."

I dont understand this and how it would work and how the injector flow rates or VE table would effect the spark table? Can anyone explain?

I guess that why EFILive added this table to its custom OS. I am currently just using it as over boost protection.

I think HPTuners as something in the works that is similar, but we have had this for some time now.

basically the cylinder air is calculated....not an actual value as there is no physical sensor for this in our less than $7,000,000 cars..LOL

so if you up the IFR table and VE #'s decrease then your calculation also decreases as the math invilves the VE table values...

juts try increasing your IFR and decreasing your VE by a simal percenatge and you will see that it will also decrease your "calculated" cylinder air...

simple math..nothing more.....
