? just got my HP tuners and got a question
so im tuning my LTFT now with the MAF ungluged after i get it close i just plug the MAF back in? then what? if its off hwat so i do then? i have searched and looked over thousands of pages. im tryin to get a handle on the tune deal before i put the heads and cam in and have a breakdown.

hats off for being smart and learning before you start messing with it!
basically scan it a lot in different conditions/situations so you get a feel for what it needs. learn how it runs, what it likes. get rid of a lot of GM's detuning stupidities. find bottlenecks. spot problems. optimize what you got already.
