Default Crane Tuner trouble code

Went to upload a tune into my 2001 Tahoe and the programmer showed error and code 6CF0296. Just checking to see if anyone is familiar with this code.
Thanks

Finally got thru on their tech line, to my surprise they have no idea what this code means. He suspects that the battery is running low on voltage, already switched batteries from another vehicle and it did the same thing. He wants me to send it in, but that will cost more than I want to spend ( located in Belize, Central America ). It works on my brother's 2000 pickup, so it's not a total lost.

If it's working on another vehicle probably not the programmer, right? Don't have a clue on that error code - make sure you have power to the DLC.

yea it has power at the DLC. It downloads stock programming fine, it's when making changes and I try to load the tune that it locks up and throws the code. The code seems to be a built in programmer code, but Crane says they've never heard of it.

Check your wiring in the DLC connector on the programmer and the vehicle my predator did the same thing, no code though, but had a broke wire in the connector GOOD LUCK!
