How would I determine
If the Crank Sensor is going bad... other than the SES light
Cam Sensor
Knock Sensor
I am having problems where the car basically dies under hard acceleration sometimes and others it spits and backfires like a rifle
With a Code Reader I am pulling a P0122 and a P1637 but when i check the TPS with a volt meter I am seeing the 5 volt ref.
I am really wondering if it is a ECM problem...
Thanks for anyhelp

TPS has 3 wires. One is +5V from PCM, one is 0V (Gnd)
and one is the wiper, should be about 0.5V at rest.
If you have +5 and GND but the third is not in between
then it's possibly a bad TPS.
Crank sensor is in an unlucky place, prone to connector
and harness damage. Inspect it visually, just to know.
Crank sensor full time dead = no run, I think.
The PCM is less likely than these remote sensors being
damaged (crank) or worn out (TPS) or just the connectors
messed up, crusted up, pins pushed out etc. especially
if they've been off and on a bunch of times.
