Is there currently a dictionary/search for trouble codes in any of the *big name* tuning software packages? Trouble code lookups without an internet connection would be nice.

yes and no... I believe w/all of them you have to have at minimum a valid file to open.. but once open under the DTC section of the software, it should give you a drop down list of DTC codes and brief description

I know for sure HPT, EFI Live and LS1 Edit offer this... just open a file, and you can see all DTCs supported for that OS in the editor
