Default LT-1 Code 43. ESC circuit. Tried everything. HELP!!

97 LT-1 383 with a 94 OBD1 Computer. Ran fine for a few weeks, and suddenly threw a ESC code (43) while at about 7000 RPMs. When you clear the code, It immediately comes back on as soon as you crank the engine. Signal wire to Knock Sensor has 5V and 2.5V when plugged in. KS reads 4400 ohms to gnd. Replaced the Knock Sensor for good measure with another OBD1 sensor. PCM is running an LT-4 Knock Module, although that should have no effect. Like i said, No code for a few weeks, then suddenly started throwing them when we were turning it pretty hard. And ideas??? Would something in the opti cause this code??

I remember back in the day seeing PCM's failed that would cause this problem. Even B-4 the LT1's the proms would go bad in the ole ECM's & cause the same problem.
