Any one else see where they get misfires while the engine is cold and then as it warms up the misfires stop?
I was running EASE to follow up on a couple of codes and cylinders 6 and 8 were misfiring when it was cold. I know these are the passenger side one closest to the firewall. I also had plugs and wires replaced less than 10,000 miles ago. Could it be time for plugs and wires again or could it be something worse.
And the O2 sensors are removed and running without the Cats with a tune.
Thanks for any help...

Thanks for offering a suggestion.
The plugs were replaced last spring before I had it tuned because of 6 and 8 misfiring. It just seems weird that after a year I would need plugs and wires again. I wonder if my tune is too rich and causing the plugs to foul?
Anyhow, I will get the plugs and wires replaced this week and maybe today to see what happens.

Could also be failing valveguides or valve seals, or even possibly broken rings.

I have Pep Boys installing a new set of MSDs and AC Delco Platinums right now. For me it is easier to pay someone to get to 6 and 8 for me.

I know I should do it myself but my entire left arm has poison ivy and well... you get my point.
Thanks!
