High MAF frequency

High MAF frequency P0103
Can anyone tell me what would possibly cause this. All wires on MAF are intact and clean. Mods are ported TB, descreened MAF, Lid, LT headers,!AIR, !EGR, !Cats, and 3" ORY. Rear O2's, EGR, and AIR are all deleted with nothing else tuned. It was throwing the code before the screen was removed from the MAF.
