Security light keeps comming on

Security light keeps comming on Need help, I have a 1999 Trans am and my security light keep coming on, when it does the car will not start, it also will turn and off when I'm driving. what do I need to do to fix this problem. The ignition cylinder has been replace and it has a normal key with out the OHM chip. PLEASE HELP
