While it may not be intuitive, cells 0-15 are overlayed on the VE table and look something like this:

As mentioned earlier by ninobrn99, fuel trim cells (FTCs) can be filtered via PID.6310. To do this create a logical expression in the histogram setup screen to include/exclude FTCs you wish.
For example: [PID.6310]<15 and [PID.6310]>0
will remove coast (FTC 0) and idle (16-20) and WOT (16 & 22) from your histogram.
