Default SES light and no reading from Computer

My SES light came on, it's not flashing. I went to Autozone for a diagnostics check. They plugged it in and he got no reading. He then went and plugged it in his car and it worked fine. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Well, i put my lid on. But, after i got back from autozone i reset the PCM and the light went off. But, the thing that had me worried was that he couldn't get any reading from the PCM at all. He actually asked me if my computer was broken.

It also provides 12V to the ALDL connector under the dash. Most scan tools need that 12V to work.
