did you ever figure this out??.. im in the same boat basically. i did basically everything you did already except the crank sensor which is next.

& just for everyone else that tried to help me out, the answer is negative. Still hasnt started but my tuner says the timeing sounds like its very off. The cam was installed dot dot so im thinking it might be my cam sencor.... still doesnt explain why it doesnt pop a code but i guess time will tell...

pm'ed you back might be the reluctor ring if it isnt the cam or crank sensor..
