Default 88% max throttle while scaning with HPtuners?

On the C5 and C6 corvettes:

While scanning with HPtuners, I noticed that the throttle position is never more than 88%. Anyone know what the deal is? I did check to see if the carpet was bunching up under the pedal but....nope..lol.

Anyway, is this a fluke with the software or is it really not opening?

From my understanding the Throttle Position (SAE) PID in HP tuners actually is looking at the voltage signal from the actuator. Most C5s don't require the full 5 volts to open the throttle. There's a thread on this, but I'm too lazy to search for it right now
