Default tune question

ok i am new to this but my question is if i go get a dyno tune on my new cam and drive it around for a while and say......... my battery goes dead and i loose my pcm memory will i have to get it retuned. cuz when i changed batteries on a completly stock tune it idled high for a bit then ran good after a key cycle, also did this after the header install. hope that was enuff info. will i loose my tune is my question once again.

You'll be fine...when you disconnected the battery it was just trying to relearn the idle.

thats what i was trying to make sure i dont want to pay for a tune then it gets erased if i loose the battery
