Default OS sytem change? using HPtuners

Is it possible to take a 2002 zo6 .bin(.hpt?) and write it to my 2000 f-body computer? Or would it require getting a new computer or a something along those lines. I installed 02 z06 heads, cam, intake and injectors on my f-body motor and I would like to just set my computer to the entire zo6 parameters if possible.

vettes are electronic throttle controlled...you'd more then likely run into major issues if you wrote over your OS with one. If you really think the best route is putting in one of their bins copy over the major tables ie ifr, spark, ve, but even most of that you'll end up changing anywayz.

Yeah flashing a ETC tune into a cable doesnt work to well either
Best to just copy the tables as you say.

if you don't have the exact same parts are as 02 z06 then I wouldn't even bother copying the files over... tune it with the scanner ... just copying other configs over w/out properly tuning will cause more problems than it's worth
