Scanner only?....Search not working for me

Is there a scanner only piece of software that will not only work on our cars, but all OBD II vehicles? I tried doing a search on here for it, but could not get it to work. I dont have the money for the tuning software, but would like to see if there is a scanning program, preferably a live scanner also. Anyone have any ideas?

autotap is the only software I'm aware of that currently works on all (GM, Ford at least) vehicles... for the price of it... you're very close to the cost of a full tuning suite

HP Tuners is currently working on supporting Dodge and Ford vehicles... the current interface box will support scanning (and tuning) of dodge and ford (as well as hundreds of GM vehicles) once the software is released www.hptuners.com
