Since I've been wanting to run a dry shot again, I went ahead and rescaled my MAF and now I'm running 100% open loop, but with a MAF. Am I one of hundreds doing this or am I alone?
weve been doing it on dozens of cars for 3 years or so, maybe a little more. We run alot of dry shot setups Let me know Pat when you start playing around with the shot if there is anything I can be a help with

One note of caution. If people choose to use this option I ask that they have a Wideband o2 guage in the car to keep an eye on AFR. I had my maf slowly fail on me last year.

Thats the beauty if you tune the VE table first and then the MAF. If the MAF does in fact fail, you won't have to worry about the AFR chaning (much).

By turning off the o2 sensors (ie, closed loop enable 284*). SD is the opposite of MAF, which probably has you confused.
