Fresh Tune, problems with idle So i have a 98 Z with newly rebuilt motor, hotcam, ported heads, ported throttle body, ory, lts, lid, ls6 intake, cutout, magnaflows, etc. I had a pcmforless mail order tune, so I decided to make the 2 hour drive to get it dyno tuned.. get it tuned up, put down 366 to the wheels(a little dissapointed, was hoping for 380 but then again my injectors where near 100% duty.. ) everything seemed good for a day or so, then I went for a 50 mile drive up the highway, and halfway back I noticed that my idle was at 1500rpm and didn't back down at the red light. So, now ive been noticing an abnormally high idle.. sometimes it backs down to 950 or so, but usually stays 1100+. This is annoying, what do I do? I think they adjusted the idle speed screw. Do I back it down? could it be my TPS? check the voltages? help!

A contact of mine had a similar issue, it was the connections to the TPS some issue there. Basically TPS was reading 16% which made follower IAC counts double to around 100 and raise idle to around 1100rpm.
If you messed with the sender wires it would drop to 0% TPS and idle fine.
See if you can log TPS, he also had some TPS DTC's
